Last year, our volunteers brought Christmas joy to over 175 families. This Christmas help us bring our neighbors who are struggling the joy of Christmas and to reach over 200 families. You can give the gift of hope through adopting a local family and delivering their gifts directly to them or having one of our volunteers deliver the gifts.
When you partner with Kids Empowered On the Move to adopt a family, you are not just giving gifts. You are showing our neighbors who are struggling that others care about them and that they matter.
Once you register you will be able to view the families to select a family.
Once you have selected a family to adopt you will receive a wish list and get instructions.
There will be practical items needed for the entire family and fun items for the children. Please plan on spending $25-$35 per family member but you are free to spend more.
Please plan on delivering the gifts between December 4 and December 14. You can deliver directly to the family you are giving the joy of Christmas to, or you can deliver to a drop off spot in Rochester or Birmingham.
